Lennar has changed management and customer care reps, so many time that they have basically, no customer care. From day one they have lied about repairs and problems from day one. I spent good money on options, to find out they stand behind nothing. The workmanship is horrible to say the very least. They look for the cheapest sub-contractors they can find, and switch them every time you have a problem. Mrs. Stillwell is the biggest problem, she fires any customer care person, who actually cares for the customer. The corporate office in Miami is even worse, the listen, but dont respond with any actions. The customer care person walked through my home with Mrs. Stillwell, and lied to my wife and I, as to what was on order, and what was to be repaired. If he was to answer in my favor, he would surely be fired. I have been through at least 5 reps, and two presidents, since my purchase.
