Charge on my debit card for 31.98

I've a cost of 31.98 which was debited from my checking and that I want to contain it acknowledged back again to my bill. I dont actually recall providing agreement, I would of thought it had been for another thing. I appologize for that error. Please verify my mail and my reimbursement #. Cheers
