Credit card fraud

1) I've never recognized this kind of Charge Card. Why do I obtain 2nd everyday tracking alert from TransUnion Credit History referring to Fresh Balances published to my document?

2) this issue reduces my credit rating.

3) I delivered a notice to record this scam with Transunion credit history agency after I received first alert. Why I nevertheless obtained this mistake?
