Scamming people online. Posting yorkie puppy for sale, receiving money, and never sending puppy. Cameroon said she was in California, but gave a contact number Aferica

This woman has posted ads on several websites giving away "Nancy: A free puppy needs a loving home" She tells a story about not being able to take care of the dog. As long as you send her the money (via Western Union) for the dogs travel expenses, the dog is yours.

I checked her out online, and apparently she has scammed several people with the exact same story. This is happening over and over and it needs to stop. I have emailed several of the sites admins, notifying them of the scam. I've included some of the addresses below.
