Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff ripoff waste of time

I was told the charge was $29.95 but when checking with my bank this morning I was charged $39.95. I have recieved nothing but my emails returned. I have just wasted another 39.95 and my time - wish I had known about this site prior to ordering this. I found this site trying to find a phone number for this company.
