We had bought other vehicles in the past. This time around, we had bought another new car and the finance mgr along with the used car mgr wanted to sell the car fast due to end of the month. We observed many things wrong with the picture. How the car was cleaned... It wasnt. It was just put there on the lot as a trade in taken in. Oil wasnt changed and tires were thru with wires hanging out. We bought the car still after they shoved it down our throat with a promise from them that they would handle all the issues on the following day. It has been three months and nothing has been done. The used car mgr was fired due to the amount of drugs that run thru the place leaving us with this faulty vehicle. Come to find out that many things were broke on the car and till this date, we have had the car in the shop more than what we have driven it. We then contacted the owner "jim peterson" who refuses to fix anything and says that we bought the vehicle as is and that he doesnt have to do anything. We have been stranded many times while calling jim and he has refused to do anything. I have been looking into the company for some time now and have seen more and more of these reports on kari in kalispell. It seems that these guys are just trying to push these cars out there just to sell them not caring about what goes on later. They set almost all of their customers up for failure not caring what happens in the future. Someone needs to do something about this guy. Its been going on for a long time.
