Goin over my bank acc notice this company took $250.00 with out my consent no trassaction was involved

Last night cheking my bank account in the
internet, notice a transactio of $250.00 was made to my account, i call my bank butt it was too late to have somethin done. I try to cancell the transactio but i could not do it becouse it was not a chek it was electronic transaction so the system will not make me cancelled, mean time i am waiting to call my aoficial to see tha he can help me to cancelled out since i depend only on my socialsecurity check. This people i never purchased any merchandise from them and, i dont know what to say
