Federal Construction contractors superintendent Ed Tucker, knowingly decived subcontractor for a lousy $580.00. Mr Tucker asked the subcontractor to predate the contract and, subconctrator was not given the the contract until the work had already been completed. Mr Tucker told the subcontractor that he would issue a purchase order when the agreement was made due to a very short timeframe. Subcontractor made good on his end and clients were happy. Clients are Dept. Veterans Affairs.
