I received an e-mail that they had forwarded my resume to the Head Of Operations and he would like to conduct an online interview to discuss more about the Job Position. They asked me to set up a Yahoo Instant Messenger account and add them to the buddy list.
I did the interview, and they sent an Interview Questionaire text file.
What are your full names and where are you located currently?
Do you Occupy any Position at the moment?
Do you have an experience with AP and AR?
How many hours do you intend to give for this position?
Is 9am-4pm Your Time conveinent for you mon - Fri?
Our company deals with the sales of computer Items and we are the sole distributor of them well as an Account clerk you ll representing the company, you will be incharge of all incoming payments from customers in that region.
Keep all transaction in a file which will be sent into the companys data base or a software that will be given to you for the effective work of these position
Keeping Record of Shipping & Logistics Activities with our clients / partners

They asked me to set up a checking account with a savings account attached to it at a bank of their choice so it would be easier for their payroll system. Of course I didn't and reminded them they said I could be paid by check if I wanted.
The next day they said I needed to set up a credit card with bank of their choice. Again I said no they could pay me by check.
They have not responed back!!!
The interview file was very unprofessional with all the spelling errors and punctuation errors.
They appear to be a fraud and need to be investigated.
