Wallmart Debut Cards / Visa
Sold me a visa debut card for 8.95 and then i put 40.00 cash on card so total was 48.95 then the card could ont be activated, and i am now ripped off

I Purchased a visa debit card at wallmart, and paid 8.94 for the card. And then i put a 40.00 dollars cash on the card. Here are the numbers of the purchase. St#0866 dp#00004087 TE#64 TR#00237
