I was contacted by a person named Don. I would not give info on my condo until he said how they operated. I told him their fees were twice as much as all the other companies, and they offered nothing different. He claimed they were they the only ones to offer 100% money refund if condo was not sold within 10 months. I told him he doesn't know what was offered to me. He then claimed only 14% of the time they had to refund money, and they only had 7 complaints against them through the BBB. When I still said I didn't find them to be better, and started to ask more questions, he hung up. When I immediately called back, the 800# and 407-219-3311 (from my call I.D.) I was told to leave a message so a 'representative' would get back to me. I left a message stating they can ad another complaint to their BBB list.
