I ordered a free sample from Nubodi for $3.95 charged to my Visa card. Terms of the agreement were that I could cancel at any time during the 14 day free trial period. If I did not cancel during that period my credit card would automatically be charged $89.31 non-refundable for a 31 day supply.
My complaint is that I ordered the free trial product on 3/12 and received the product in the mail on 4/01/08. Nubodi had already charged my credit card the $89.31 on 3/27/08, prior to me receiving the test capsuls. There was no way that I could test the product and cancel if I did not want it.
After reading the complaints on the web about Nubodi, I cancelled my credit card and Visa put a block on Nubodi. This appears to be a money making scam with a lot of victims out there. I am filing a consumer complaint with the State of Nevada's Office of the Attorney General.
