Yet again, there is another company out trying to scam innocent people trying to make a living. I had requested info to become a mystery shopper, so when I received the info from this company I was not surprised. I called the listed phone number, I drilled the man that answered the phone (I later found out that the guy actually listed his cell phone - how stupid can you be!) with questions about the company.
I ended up calling back the next day, I could shake the feeling that something didn't feel right. When I called back, I got a different guy, who could not answer simple questions like if the company was privately or publicly owned. I informed him that just in case, I had retained an attorney to protect my rights, as well has had my uncle looking into the company, as he owns a PI firm. The WestStar Cell Phone Scam Artist started to panic and told me he would check into my concerns and get back with me, and tried to rush me off the phone. When I asked him if he needed my name and phone number to contact me back, he just hung up.
I'm going to call him back again today and see what else this idiot can tell me, as these people may be scam artists, but obviously, not very good ones. They are not very bright.
