The company represented themselves as grant writers and made a promise to secure grant funding for business purposes. They initially asked for and received $2500 for grant research which was sent via fed-ex on 1-25-08. Following that, they asked for and received $9500 for "supplemental document services' which they received in 2-28-08. Several attempts to contact the company subsequently, have been unsuccessfull.
