This company that I was working for have been holding my paycheck

This company that I was working for have been holding my paycheck, and I've been calling them and emailing them with my concerns about this. Never got a response back. I got paid by cash not check. They didn't pay me my correct pay, which was more than $10.75 on February 15.

I am going to paste the letter that I wrote to them here also.

I send it by mail and somehow it got returned back to me, I don't know why though. It had the right address and everything. I've called multiple times to the main manager Mr. Julian Alexander. I don't get a phone call back, or by email. All I'm asking for is this company to give me my correct pay.

Dear Mr. Alexander
Let me introduce myself, my name is Claudia M S* I am writing to you in concern about my pay. My concerns are related to how I am being paid and about my missing pay that I didn't receive earlier this week.

The following questions are, how is it that I didn't receive a regular pay stub? I am asking this because I need to have proved of my hours and pay to the unemployment office. What I received as my pay was not correct. I say this because my correct pay isn't complete

I say this because the following pay is the correct one. I was in training on Sunday January 27 my training shift was between 12pm and 3pm. I did not receive that pay, as well as the following. I was later told that I was going to receive 25% of the sales that I have made. For some time I couldn't log in the system it seemed like I was blocked. I asked about this with the store manager and he said it would be fixed, it got fixed but I only could log in for a couple of days later.

My schedule was as follows:

Thursday 10am to 1pm-training-Date of hire 1/24
Friday 4pm to 7pm-training 1/25 (@ Southland mall)
Saturday 10am to 1pm-training 1/26 (@ Dadeland Mall)
Sunday 12-3pm-on this day I made 3 sales 1/27 (I was still in training)
Monday OFF
Tuesday 10am to 3pm-on this day I made 2 sales 1/29
Wednesday 10am to 3pm on this day I made 1 sale 1/30
Thursday 10am to 3pm-on this day I made 2 sales 1/31
Friday OFF
Saturday 6pm to 9:30pm-this day I no sales. 2/2
Sunday 12pm to 4pm-on this day I made 1 sale (on this day the cameras were malfunction) 2/3
Monday OFF
Tuesday 10am to 2pm 2/5

I was informed that by the Dadeland mall manager, Mr. Richard Ruiz, which I would be paid hourly first until I am ready to get paid on commission. I was later told that I was paid only on commission only. I am sorry but I couldn't get paid that way, I wasn't told that I would be paid in that matter.

On payday February 15 I was only paid the amount of $10.00. That is not my correct pay. I was being paid in cash, I don't know if that's the correct way to be paid. I think it's unprofessional and not the correct way of doing things in a business. I am not happy with my pay or how things were done. My information is as follows:
My birthday 03/*/1982
My social security*-*-5731
Phone number - (786) *-*
My ID at the store was: 2222

That is my reason for this letter, which I am writing to you Mr. Alexander. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Sincerely;
Claudia M S*
