After doing everything that was required to get rabates from Wirefly, they continue to ignore everything. No word, now way to talk to anyone and it seems as though no one cares what they are doing to customers. I have contacted my state attorney generals office (Alabama) but they don't care and pretty much as said so.
They owe me $150 of a promised rebate. Not much else to say except that I even sent it by registered mail and that did not do any good but cost me more to mail. I have where they recieved it but that's all. Looks like someone could do something about this. If it goes to a class actions suit, the comsumer will still loose because they never get enough to get back what they were wronged. Wirefly might as well just use a gun to steal from people and powers to be, are not going to do anything.
If something can be done, someone needs to tell us what to do. I have come to the conclusion that I have lost that money forever. I would have never ordered from them if I had known. One thing for sure, as soon as I can I will drop AT&T because they know what is going on and they continue to do busines with Wirefly. That makes them as guilty as wirefly in my book. I will go back to Nextel just as soon as possible.
