National Home Protection has refused to follow through on their marketing promotion, of a $150.00 rebate, promised when the policy was sold to me. After nine months and three completed request forns I have not received anything. Not even a response.
I have attempted to cancel my home protection policy requesting a refund on the premium, paid in advance, and they have refused to cancel the policy or give a refund.
I have contacted the company via phone, written correspondence and via e-mail, with no results. They are rude, non-responsive and are experts at giving the "run around".
I have since found numerous complaints against this company and want a refund of the $989.76 premium paid (6/7/07) as they have misrepresented their product, company and promised rebate.
If anyone can help or give advice on how I can proceed, I'd welcome your input.
