Hello, I would like to report a scam artist that was going to scam me in the process. I replied to a internet post ad about puppies. The scammer claimed they had the "toy dog" for a really cheap price.
I sent him an email asking for information and he wouldn't stop asking me to send him my personal information and the money. I asked him if he accepted some other payment and he just kept telling me to send it through moneygram. He told me he is from Virginia but is now in

Love them etc", "Im on a mission for God in Cameroon and the climate isn't safe for them". So what i did is email the same scam artist on a different email account. He
