We ordered a Dean Graziozi book - one and done. The person on the phone was insistant that we get a foreclosure service with it. I told her no - I didn't want anything else. She said it was free trial and would not start unless I activate it. 6 months later, I realize they were charging my account $29.95/month for absolutely nothing! And I never activated any forclosure web service either.
