I deactivated my account in July and have been approved for a refund check for the amount of $1110.38. To this date I have received nothing. I have made about two dozen call that my case was "escallated to upper management" with no response or change to the current situation. The company is seemingly hiding behind a call center and gives no way of contacting supervisors or management.
