Fraudulent ripoff business

Fraudulently billed me for credit card I did not applied for or received; made false entries in my credit report that I owe $175

First Savings Bank made reports on my credit report that I have a crdit card with a balance of $175 with them. I do not and have never had anything whatsoever to do with this company.
They continue to send bill to me and even called my house. I asked them to stop but they did not.
