I have been triing for over a year to get my children back and they are going to put them up for adoption for no reason

For over a year I have been doing everything asked of me, the case workers have repeatedly lied in court and have harrassed me. My children want to come home and I want them home. They have requested the court to proceed with adoption and they have no justification to do this. My attorney has not handled this case professionally and I need someone to please help me before they take away my children from me permanently
