With draw money from my bank account

I went to my bank to withdraw some money out and i came to find out that i was negative they told me some platinum cc hit my account for $99.95 jan 31 and i told them i have no such card so feb 11 comes around and same thing happens and i am negative $75.40. So finally i googled this nmb platium cc and i came upon this web site.
