I ordered three TV boxed set shows. Third watch, Joan of Arcadia, and Picket Fences. To date I have not rec'd. I did get a confirmation e-mail as well as information that 1 show was being delivered. The confirmation code is Tracking Number: CX212027108CA Canada Post.
When I log on to the canada post and provide the tracking number nothing comes up. It says the tracking number does not exist. I gave the package 3 weeks to come. It never has. I have tried contacting the company.By e-mail times 3. No response. I have gone to their website times 3 with no response. I have tried calling about 10 times always says the same thing about 8 minutes of dialog from a recording then it goes to voice mail and says they will call you back. They have yet to do that.
Upon research on the internet its is apparantly a scam they take your money and don't deliver the goods. If they do deliver the goods it is bad quality. They say 100% guaranteed satisfaction but you can only return if they are in original box with the clear wrap still around it. Most people say that the dvd's do not play on their DVD players or that shows are missing. Upon further reseach apparnatly they are violating copyright laws. They just tape the show on TV and then sell them.
I have paid $363.10 for these shows and have not rec'd anything from them.
