On 1/18/08 we received a package from Standard Technology, which we never ordered. We refused the shipment and had it sent back (it arrived 2/5/08). We tried to contact the company to let them know this was something we did not order. The man who answered (Steve) was very rude and suggested our shipper took some promotional item home... When in reality, the supposed promotional item was delivered to an incorrect address. We did get the promotional item and sent it back to Standard Technology, due to arrive on 2/8/08. We have an approved vendor database, and we are not authorized to order from anyone outside this database. Also, our orders are placed with Purchase Orders and there was no purchase order number involved. Every time we tried to resolve the issue with Standard Technology and we have spoken with a man named Steve who was very rude and trying to say our Shipper is doing something wrong, when in fact, that is not the case. Once we spoke to Steve today, he called us continually for about 45 minutes straight.
