John arceri has always defrauded people. He targets poor black neigborhoods. He is the biggest conartist there is. Years ago he scammed people by selling KIRBY VACUUMS door-to-door. Seems he always has the same crimanal intentions, no matter what the product is he's selling. He would sell KIRBY's to poor neighborhoods & would charge them 28%interest. He's currently working for a home improvement company on Long Island, selling the same way
