I was online appling for a payday loan. I didn't submit and tried to close the window, but the site kept sending me to more. Finally I shut down my computer. Two days later, $31.98 was missing from my checking account. I want to find the culprits and have a one-on-one with them. I was forced to close account due to the fact they could withdraw at any given time.
