I was told by a supervisor that I would be able to get a refund if once i received the catalogs, i wasn't interested, i could cancel and get a refund. However, they took $100 out of my bank account before i even received the catalogs, and once i did receive the catalogs, I called to cancel as i was not interested in their products.
I wrote a letter as requested to cancel in Nov 07.in Jan 08, they took $300 more out of my account saying they didn't receive my letter. Though they show where i called to cancel. I have since spoken to 4 supervisors and all refuse to refund my $400 even though I sent the cancelation letter and never ordered any of there products or used their services. This place is a scam. Watch out for CCS.
