Bill I don't owe

I don't understand what is going On. I received a letter from you about a capital one dept that You said I owe and I have never owned a charge card through this company. My husband and I filed bank rupsy back in 1992 and we haven't had a charge card since. So I don't know why I am beening billed for$1458.72. I have never heard of this until I received your letter on Tuesday in the mail and I called you as soon as I read it. Please help me solve this because I have no idea of who or what has my name and information and what else that they might be useing of mine. So PLEASE help me fix this problem. Thank you
