On January 18, I have purchased an Application for Naturalization and a CD from USCitizenship.com. This company has repeatedly contacted me by email, urging to apply for citizenship on the pretense that the laws are going to change. But only AFTER I had made the payment by a credit card, did I find out that the form I just bought, can NOT be used. The Immigration Services have their own form which is approved, revised, contains a space "For Office Use Only" along with a few bar codes; I just bought me a lemon. I immediately sent an email to USCitizenship.com, requesting both a cancellation and a refund; have not heard back from them. While this company, on their website, suggests to be contacted by US mail, they do not disclose their postal address. After having done a little research on the Internet, I was able to locate their address through BBB, with whom they have an unsatisfactory record (unresolved complaints). If I only had done this BEFORE making the payment, I would have never purchased anything from this place. Well, you live and learn. I know I just did.By the way, prior to that, I had absolutely no idea that you can check a company record with BBB online, knowing only their web site address.
I disputed this charge with my credit card, too.
