Charged my bank account money that I knew nothing about

I would like for these people to refund me my $6.78 to my account. They should be held accountable for their actions. It should be against the law for someone to be able to get away with it. My accoont was over drawn due to their actions. This made me look bad on other bills that were sent into the negative. Thank You,
