I can't believe this company using the term very loosely is still in business! I'm writing this to inform to re-inform unsuspecting individuals who may come across this company thinking this is their chance to succeed.
It's been a while but I'm sure the approach is the same. You're invited in for an interview before you even hit send requesting one. And the invite looks like the following:

We are looking to fill 6-8 openings in our management training program. Cross training individuals in all aspects of direct marketing and management is our focus. Hands on training will include outside sales, promotional marketing, public relations, customer-service and campaign management. Keep in mind this is strictly for the execution of the promotions; we do not design the promotions.

Just might have forced them to rewrite their cut and paste.
Never meet Lisa (probably never was). There is no human resources department along with no insurance benefits and compensation for anything. My friends, it is plainly and simply a pyramid scam and the poor fools you will find there are in too deep to quit. Build a team! Yeah, I'm sure.
What they do, under Cydcor management, is resell many products of larger companies who have the sense not to have any affiliation with these wanna be businessmen.
If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of being in that suite. Check for things, like the revolving door of interviewees and the no furniture in the pit room. She's broke, they're broke. It's all pretty hilarious in retrospect.
It's also sad because in my brief and fiery time there I met some really talented individuals - like I - who were spinning wheels, wasting valuable time and gas. Anyone else who came across these folks know what I'm taking about and I wish you all well.
I had heard some congressmen were after the corp of Cydcor in other states. I'll have to follow up.
