Company double charge my acct and my husband carol stream

Registered with the company right before buying a house. The company began charging correctly but after the 7th month they begin to bill me and my husband accts each for a 9.95 charge and a 4.95. We both called about the matter and was put on atleast a 30-45 minute hold while the representatie claimed to be taking care of the matter. We were told that we would have to call another number which the 4.95 was being billed for a SCORE report we have no idea). So we call this number that we are given to be on hold for another 30 minutes then hung up on and we called back to mycreditkeeper.com to ask about the charges again and the number to be told we shouldn't have been given that number. The rep this time said that she had removed all the charges and finally it disappeared after two months. However after we moved into our new home we started receiving paperwork and notices from them again in regards to our credit report. So i looked at my bill to try to figure out was the reports sent out in error. Sure enough they had started back billing on their own. I called and ask to get a confirmation letter or me ordering the service. I was told I would have to get it from Orchard (who exclaim they have no dealings with them), and to later find out that they were billing only 4.95 to the account. I am still trying to clear this matter up. PLEASE DON'T REGISTER WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANIES TO TRACK YOUR CREDIT, its better to write for the free copy and be done with it.
