My deceased father invested $50,000, in at the time, Majestic Travel. A financial planner suggested and help set this up. The planner turned over all accounts to a new planner who is now helping us pursue this money.
Our current planner has made several attempts to contact Resort Holdings with no response. He told me of a case in Arizona that was sucsessful with a class action lawsuit. And has contacted a lawyer to start one of our own. (He has twelve other clients with leases)
I do not know of the progress with that, other than they were supposed to be contacting a lawyer in Mexico.
I would like any information or help with how to recover my father's investment to complete the closing of his trust.
