A few months ago I received a $9.95 charges on my credit card bill for Leisure Advantage. I have no idea what this is or how I ended up with this, but after a month of phone calls, I finally got the charges reversed.
This month, I just received a $109.95 charge for MWI Connections. I have never heard of them either. Then I do some research on the internet and find out I am not the only one who has been scammed by them. I just got off the phone with a Linda from MWI (the 800 number on my bill), and she said she would reverse the charges... We'll see.
How can companies have my credit card number and just use them all willy-nilly all over the place, thinking I'm not going to catch them. I check over all my statements and call about anything that is out of the ordinary. I just want to know who is responsible for this... NOW! This is an invasion of privacy and some kind of action needs to be taken!
