I have been trying to cancel this newsletter for months. I have tried calling the phone number on my Bank Statement (which by the way is different each month) They keep deducting a $5.95 fee every month automatically. I have sent several emails to the so called support web email address with no response. I have faxed a cancellation notice a few weeks ago, again no response. I have contacted my bank institution, and the only option they have given me is, Cancel my debit card checking account and open a new one. I really do not want to do that, I pay alot of bills automaically through this account. I am getting really frustrated with this company.
