Misleading guarantee, and slow service. Created error of purchasing support agreement / contract from GE for stove and stove, and, after five weeks, almost 10 support calls, and mis-requested components, etc., they've determined no to repair device.in the place of changing design, they provided me the choice of buying a brand new model at about $1,500. This looks rediculous whilst the device fresh expenses $1,800 in the Home Site. Unsure I ought to be spending something at this time, but I wound up choosing a compensation check that'll protect about 1/3 of alternative. Which doesn't range from the price of the support strategy I previously taken care of. Unhappy about all this. To include insult to damage, my last-call (nowadays) had me on-hold for 52 minutes!
