On 11/23/07 ordered a tv dvd series. Was charged 98.00 and tried to make a copy of the transaction. For some reason it did not print and the page disappeared. I couldn't retreive the page and did not get a confirmation number. Within an hour a transaction for 127.72 was being charged to my checkcard account for Dvd's. I tried repeatedly to contact the company through e-mails and phone calls. I have never received a response of any kind. This is now 12/05/06. Found this ripoff page about the company on the internet and it sounded all to familiar. I called the bank to alert them as to what happened and to register a complaint and what did I need to do to get my money back. How is this company allowed to operate?
