Computer Ripoff. Paid for a year and received nothing

I received a phone call regarding a computer to purchase. Salesman sounded real good so I decided to go with it. Received ingo on payments that would be deducted from my account. $35.99 a week. After three months I was supposed to receive this computer. Well a year later no computer and lost over $1700.00. Spoke to several people there and promised computer would be sent at least three different times. Now you can't even get in touch with them.
