No value from thier services. Their resume writing was totally lacking in representing technical terminology. They hacked up my discriptions of accomplishments and flowered the terms, in the name of "professional" resume writing. Even when I attempted to back out within 24 hours of signing with them, they wouldn't.
When they sent the first list of 160 companies for me to look at, none of them were hitech companies, and all of the contacts listed were so far above hiring manager level that none of them would waste value time interviewing departmental level workers.
As mentioned in the other two reports listed, they argued with me telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and offered me a 25% refund although they had yet to provide any service.
Funny thing on the way to the forum, they mention they are associated with Professional Resume Writing associations, yet these associations don't seem to have any record of them.
Valerie, 407-206-3337 xt 136, is the customer services manager, and quite frankly unmoveable in her belief that CSI are the knowledge base on resume writing and company searches. She even went so far as to state, and content consultant (Professor of IT at a local University) stated the resume perfectly stated my qualifications, yet he is not available for comment.
