Usa Credit they took 149.95 out of my account and it was already overdrawn and i didnt authorize it Nationwide

I checked my account and 149.95 had been taken out by USA Credit without my authorization, then put back in but now my bank had charged me 66.00 for it being overdrawn. I would like to know how they got my account information when i didnt even do anything on their website.
