We did not receive the CD we were promised, so we cancelled before 14 days expired. Our cancellation was not recorded and they kept deducting a monthly fee. When I spoke to them, I received the run around and an offer to give me only 1 payment back. The only person (s) that can give your money back is in the home office but you cannot reach them by phone. According to workers there is no phone number available for Home office.
