I received two PAST DUE invoices saying their attempts to charge my credit card had failed and they were sending me the past due invoices trying to get me to pay by check or go in and change my credit card information. All of this was a scam... I have never signed up for this. They had my street address wrong and the user name they had on the invoice is one i have never, never used. I called and complained and he canceled the invoice and even gave me a confirmation # for the cancellation.
