CR England Transport Termination Without Evidence of Accusations, Illegally worked, Theft Of My Earned Money

When i was hired by CR England, I was promised a number of things such as great pay, benifits, and a equal chance to earn a great income. The reality that i was lied to and misled by this professional con-artist company, quickly set in when i was terminated by them because of female company employee chose to start an argument with me after i had dropped her off at the company's training facility in Hammond, indiana. Yes, this person was a student and hadnt even finished her training with the company yet. The company accused me of consuming alcohol as well as a number of diffrent accusations.

After assuring the company that i had not drank any alcohol, the company failed to give me a BAC Test nor a substance test, but fired my on the spot because of accusations made from this other trainee. Oh, i forgot to mention i was a lease operator. The female had called me out of the blue and accused another guy who drives for cr england of trying to rape her, but failed to report it to the company. So i was being nice and helping her to get back to indiana from dunn, nc. And this is what happens. I still to this day do not know the exact reason why i was terminated nor have gotton a notice outlining the companies reason for the termination.

Another issue with the company is that during what they call upgrade in salt lake city, ut. All trainees are required by the company to log on their log books "ON-DUTY" for the hours spent training etc. Or "DRIVING" for the time spent practing driving. And legally this is considered working because by federal law you have to subtract those hours from your available hours you have remaining to work that day/week etc.

Either way they look at it it is working as an employee for them. It is illegal to have someone work for you under a contract or work application as a hired individual without the employer paying you for your hours worked, yet cr england refuses to pay its trainees for "upgrade" IT IS ILLEGAL! And whats worst is when i was terminated the company claims they hold whatever pay you had coming for a period of 45 days after termination just in case any repairs need done to the leased truck. Now, i may think diffrent then others do on this but i am owed money that i earned and the company stole that money or is refusing to pay me the money so whatever "issues" they find with the truck can be payed for with my stolen money, for the fact that they did not do a examination of the vehicle upon termination in my presence nor give me a certified report stating any damages or claims they suggested was wrong with it and therefore gave me no chance to state any counterclaims i had against their rulings of the truks condition, and gave theirselves a clear chance to claim whatever tey wanted truthful or more so not truthful and therefore could have and can claim whatever they want to to make they do not have to compensate me for my work.

Someone would have to hear the truthful entire story to know all of the details wich someone can do if desired by contacting me at 423-963-5781 at any time. Futhermore i do plan to take action with states labor board as well as the US Department of Labor, as well as filing a law suit concerning my claims. Guess they expect someone to take this stuff laying down, well not this old boy here, they can take my claims to the bank, literally!
