Offered a worthless credit card and took $509.35 from my checking account. They were deceptive on the telephone and have not returned any of my calls or emails

I was called and offered a $8,000 credit card that turned out to only be good at two companys. They then took $149.95 and $359.40 from my checking account. They misreprented the credit card and did not have permission to take a years membership from my account. They also have new telephone numbers as the Washington DC numbers are no longer working.

I have called Mr Mario the owner as well as emailed 5 or 6 times and have not gotten any answer as to when I will get my $509.35 back.
