Want money back for interupted service? Sure, wait 1/2 hour for a supervisor who tells you you are out of luck. Running a home business and the old model modem they supply breaks... Wait a few days until a tech can get there while your business revenue flies out the window. Frustrating, inconsistent, awful automated customer service. Booooo
