I signed up for a free credit report but it wasn't free.
They charged $12.95 on my credit card and I had to make more than 6 to 7 telephone calls to them before I can talk to their billing department.
Although I have cancelled my account, I was told that I won't be refunded.
This is where business ethics come in.
If a business organization tell consumers that their services are free - then consumers shouldn't be charged at all.
The TV & Internet advertisement is a HOAX!
DO NOT sign up or you will regret it! It is just $12.95 but where does business ethics come in.
Experian - refund me my money!!!
