Ordered the 2 for 1 Gt Express 101, did not receive 2nd set of recipe books, charged 64.80 for unit (expected), 38.80 for shipping (blown away - should be $5-10). Customer service had no sympathy for what I thought had been promised me - would not consider any kind of refund - said they had answered all questions and could not talk to a supervisor - sounded like in a home situation - very rude. So this infomercial that promised 2 for 1 ended up costing me 103.60. SPREAD THE WORD - this company is a ripoff!
