They are charging me for magazines that I don't have. They say the order is from 1999 but I moved here in 2005 after the hurricane. Now they want me to pay $948.00

They are constantly calling me to set up a settlement payment. But since I told them that I wasn't paying for magazines I don't have, they tell me that I will be audited.
