The company promised my brother money to sell his vitmains. He spent over $5k to do this, and now there are no numbers of contact and the website that he paid for is gone. There are no numbers to locate this company. The number that is available states that the debit card is not active.
Has anyone been able to locate a lawyer to take on this as a class action lawsuit? I know that there is a website that allows you to file a report with the Attoney Generals office in Arizona and I suggest that everyone do this.
If they are flooded with calls and actions, this might trigger them to go after this guy.
My brother had asked for a refund for the past 9 months and nothing. He is out this money and is looking for some recourse. Can someone help??
